If you're traveling with a group to Las Vegas, you'll want to plan some activities you can all enjoy together. Try some of these and you're sure to have a vacation to remember as you bond with your friends, family or colleagues:
Escape rooms challenge your group to work together to solve puzzles and decipher clues to unlock the door to the room you're in. There are several escape rooms you can try in Las Vegas, including Countdown Live Escape Games, which offers three different scenarios - a Sherlock Holmes-themed room, one based on the horror movie "Atelophobia" and Project Poseidon, which is the most difficult one to solve. Groups of up to 10 can work together. You'll have 60 minutes to escape.
The High Roller Observation Wheel soars 550 feet above the Strip and offers broad, beautiful views of Las Vegas. Each cabin can hold up to 40 people. One full revolution of the wheel takes 30 minutes. If you and your group would like to enjoy some adult beverages, book a Happy Hour Cabin, which includes an open bar. Special chocolate-tasting experiences are also available, during which you can taste handcrafted chocolates as you ride and learn from an expert.
If you played with Tonka trucks as a kid – or even if you didn't – you'll have a great time operating earth-moving machines in a giant sandbox. Groups of five or more can book group digs with access to bulldozers, excavators and track-type loaders. You'll get to throw tires, navigate an obstacle course, dig trenches, climb over large mounds of sand and play "basketball" with your machine.
This unique activity combines a theatrical experience with a scavenger hunt and even includes a full meal and a couple of drinks. Improv comedic actors will lead your group on this 2.5-hour adventure, offering clues and puzzles to lead you from one Las Vegas location to the next. Along the way, you'll enjoy delicious fare at a mystery restaurant on the Strip and you'll also stop for drinks at two other venues.
Las Vegas does everything bigger and better, so you probably haven't seen a shooting range like Battlefield Vegas. Choose from over 350 weapons systems, ranging from handguns to fully automatic rifles to sub-machine guns. Choose weapons from World War I or select modern weaponry used in current military operations. As an added bonus, Humvees will transport your group to and from your Strip hotel.
Maverick Helicopter offers tours of Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, featuring unparalleled views of the glittering Strip and awe-inspiring Grand Canyon. Take a shorter excursion during the day or night, or choose a longer 2.5-hour tour that includes once-in-a-lifetime views of the Hoover Dam and Vegas' spectacular sunset. Our ECO-Star helicopters will accommodate seven passengers in plush leather seats. The wraparound glass means you will be able to see everything in sight.
